Yuyuan Garden

A classical Chinese garden dating back to the Ming Dynasty (16th century). Renowned for its exquisite layout, featuring traditional pavilions, rockeries, ponds, and winding corridors, it offers a peaceful escape from the modern city and is a masterpiece of Jiangnan landscape design.

City God Temple

A bustling marketplace and temple complex adjacent to Yuyuan Garden. The area is famous for its traditional Chinese architecture, vibrant atmosphere, and numerous shops selling souvenirs, crafts, and local snacks. It's a fantastic place to experience the folk culture of old Shanghai.
